We want to share our experience with you.

If you'd like, tell us your favourite place for coffee and choose a date and we’ll meet you to tell you more – it’s on us. Alternately, email about our CPD workshops - [email protected]

In the meantime, enjoy your Nesspresso "Envivo Lungo" coffee (hopefully your office has a machine)!

We know from experience that discrepancies between Land Certificate Plan boundaries and those that are physically occupied are the result of either; inaccuracies within Ordnance Survey data (used for completing the Land Register of Scotland), or inaccuracies in Historically produced Title plans themselves.

Boundary dispute key

The Solution

Defining boundaries as they physically exist to milimetre precision using GPS Technology, our reports show clearly how existing boundaries compare with Ordnance Survey and the legal ownership conferred by Title Registration and Saisine descriptions.

Aura have worked with many of Scotland's Solicitors, showing them precisely why Title discrepancies and conflicts have arisen and how they can quickly be resolved.
